What does AI consulting cost?
The opportunity analysis has a fixed price, which we tell you in the first consultation. After the assessment, we quote pilot projects with a clear scope; operation runs as a monthly subscription.
Do I need my own data or an IT department?
No. We work with the systems you use today. For the pilot, examples from your daily work are usually enough, such as a few dozen documents or enquiries.
How do you handle data protection?
Before we start, we check which data will be processed and choose models and hosting accordingly. Sensitive data does not leave your environment without your consent.
Which AI models do you use?
It depends on the task. We are vendor-independent and choose based on quality, cost and data protection. You can switch at any time.
How long does a pilot take?
Usually four to eight weeks, from choosing the process to evaluating the results.
What happens after the pilot?
You decide based on the measured results. If it’s a yes, integration, training and operation follow; if it’s a no, you have a clear assessment and no ongoing costs.
